Job description | Finance & Administration Partner

To meet our clients’ needs, further growth and development of our company, we are looking for a Finance and Administration Partner. As a perfect match for this role, you are service and quality-oriented, enjoy juggling diverse tasks, and have a great eye for detail. You can keep a good overview of what's on your plate, and communicate and coordinate with the rest of the team.
We look for someone to partner up with and share our core values of integrity, excellence, cooperation, and human approach. So your responsibilities and tasks will entail:

  • Working side by side and supporting Jan, our current Financial Wizard
  • Maintaining and preparing the internal payroll system
  • Bookkeeping
  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Timely acquisition of employee documents and keeping our systems up to date
  • Assisting in the relocation and registration process of highly skilled international candidates
  • Based on your personal interests and strengths and what we need as a team to grow: taking the lead in developing tools, processes, ideas, etc.

Job requirements | Finance & Administration Partner

  • Relevant diploma or/and work experience
  • +2 yrs of experience in office and financial administration
  • Working knowledge of Nmbrs and/or Exact is a big plus!
  • Strong drive and willingness to learn
  • Self-starting, proactive attitude, and team player
  • Excellent command of Dutch, English & good communication skills
  • Share our core values of integrity, excellence, cooperation, and human approach
  • Living in the Randstad area
  • Driving license
