Your opportunity

As a Vendor Data Controller, your primary responsibility will be to support the company project team in handling the exchange and processing of engineering data. This involves receiving and sending data to customers, partners, and subcontractors, as well as managing internal distribution. It is crucial to ensure that the exchanged data is accurately registered in the PDM/PLM system under configuration control.

What you will do

  • Reviewing incoming and outgoing data from customers, partners, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance, quality, and completeness
  • Processing incoming and outgoing data, including registration, distribution, and expediting, using various databases, including Document Control
  • Proactively communicating with project engineering teams and other stakeholders within the organization
  • Managing project mailboxes and ensuring appropriate distribution to team member
  • Generating and distributing progress and status reports related to document control

What you already have

  • MSc. or BSc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity and experience with Product Data Management Systems, including Document Management
  • Willingness to perform a background check
  • EU citizenship is a must, due to the nature of the military projects
