Your opportunity
As a Senior Engineer Outfitting, you will play a crucial role in studying and interpreting concept design packages and preparing both basic & detailed multidisciplinary technical drawings and technical specifications for procurement and subcontracting. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from experienced professionals, and grow both personally and professionally.

- Interpret concept design and prepare basic & detail engineering packages for procurement and subcontracting
- Acting as the knowledge carrier in all matters related to outfitting scope of work
- Managing information flow and ensuring compliance with applicable norms, standards, rules and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Prioritizing quality and timely delivery of engineering tasks
- Aiming the improvement of the process with a creative mindset

What you already have
- BSc. or MSc. degree in Naval Architecture or related field
- +5 years of experience in an international engineering team of yacht or shipbuilding industry
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Rhinoceros and MS Office
- Excellent communication, planning and people skills, since you will be coordinating with other internal departments, as well as external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a complex technical environment, so expect to be positively challenged
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English, so you can communicate efficiently with your multi-cultural team
- Available for full-time in the Rotterdam Area
