• We are not looking for a “sales shark” but being result-oriented is crucial in this role. By results, we mean “getting things done”: from executing successful recruitment processes to completing internal projects tailored to your unique talents and skills.
• While it would be great if you were familiar with concepts such as Naval Architecture or FPSO, don’t worry if you’re not! We will teach you all the engineering ins & outs to confidently engage with our candidates and clients. 
• Excellent communication skills & fluent English are essential. As you'll be constantly collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, clear and effective communication is a must.
• You currently reside in the Netherlands. Fully remote work is not available!
