Your opportunity

Step into the role of Inspection Coordinator within the Construction & Commissioning Department, dedicated to ensuring quality control inspection services meet the highest standards of specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards. This position offers the chance to be at the forefront of Single Point Mooring systems (SPM) and Floating Production Storage and Offloading units (FPSO) innovation, focusing on maintaining exceptional quality and safety in products and services.

What you will do

  • Coordinate planning, preparation, and execution of inspection activities with clients, vendors, and inspectors
  • Develop and manage Inspection Planning based on Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Inspection Requests (IRQ)
  • Allocate inspectors to inspection tasks, ensuring they are briefed on the specific requirements
  • Oversee the inspection document review process, expediting approval prior to the start of inspection activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders both within and outside the organization to organize inspection activities efficiently
  • Contribute to setting Project Inspection Levels, collaborating with project management and quality assurance teams
  • Select and engage inspection agencies, ensuring inspectors possess the necessary technical competency
  • Receive, review, and distribute inspection reports, highlighting significant issues to relevant parties
  • Report non-conformities to the project team and track corrective actions and resolution of non-conformity reports (NCRs)
  • Communicate critical inspection issues to the Department Head of Construction & Commissioning

What you already have

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and coordination tasks
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in the English language
  • An understanding of quality standards in the offshore oil and gas industry is a plus
  • Capable of managing pressure and prioritizing conflicting demands efficiently
