What you will do

  • Create and follow plans for new ideas in signatures and vulnerability, with clear goals and timeframes
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology, checking how it affects naval work and products
  • Work together with experts inside and outside the company to share knowledge and bring new ideas
  • Be the main advisor for technical matters, giving hands-on help in creating products
  • Help introduce new technologies, making sure they meet industry rules and reduce risks
  • Lead research and test projects to check and prove new solutions
  • Manage the addition of new technologies, taking care of project budgets, resources, and schedules
  • Track the success of new ideas using key indicators
  • Support the use of new technologies and explain their advantages in the naval field
  • Build a culture of new thinking by organizing workshops and sharing knowledge events

What you already have

  • Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, with a minimum of ten years of pertinent experience
  • Deep knowledge of regulations and compliance standards related to signatures and vulnerabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in the domains of signatures and vulnerabilities, including research, development, and innovation activities
  • Experienced in using specialized research software tools for studying signatures and vulnerabilities
  • Must have permanent EU citizenship and passport; candidates holding NL/EU (work) visas or dual EU and non-EU nationalities and/or passports are ineligible due to the military nature of the projects
