Your opportunity

In your capacity as an Engineering Team Lead, you'll integrate into a multi-disciplinary and agile team composed of Structural Engineers, Heavy Lift Engineers, Naval Architects, and Draftsmen, all focused on elevating offshore engineering to new heights. Your pivotal role will encompass crafting and realizing innovative engineering strategies for the installation or dismantlement of substantial maritime structures. This will entail engaging in concept, basic, and detailed engineering phases, making full use of the extraordinary capabilities of the company's leading heavy lift vessel.

What you will do

Lead the design and engineering of major offshore wind energy projects and decommissioning tasks
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, aligning project goals with execution strategies
Develop innovative tools and supports for unique installation/removal methodologies
Ensure seamless project delivery from planning through on-site support
Interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project specifications meet their needs
Champion the engineering process, from concept to detailed engineering, fabrication, and beyond

What you already have

A BSc degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Maritime Engineering
Over 5 years' experience in the offshore or marine engineering sector
A willingness to travel and work in offshore environments
Fluency in English, with strong communication and team collaboration skills
A customer-focused approach, with decisive and result-oriented project management skills
