Your opportunity
As an Electrical Engineer, you will operate within the project-oriented Engineering Department, where you expertly manage co-makers, subcontractors, and clients through technical processes with precision and skill. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from experienced professionals, and grow both personally and professionally.
What you will do
- Assisting senior engineers in developing engineering output for various technical production disciplines
- Contributing to Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, and Production Support
- Managing information flow and ensuring compliance with applicable norms, standards, rules and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Prioritizing quality and timely delivery of engineering tasks
- Supporting growth and development of the team through mentorship and collaboration

What you already have
- BSc. or MSc. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- +2 years of experience in the engineering of the yacht or shipbuilding industry
- Excellent communication and people skills, since you will be coordinating with other internal departments, as well as external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a complex technical environment, so expect to be positively challenged
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English, so you can communicate efficiently with your multi-cultural team
- Available for full-time in the Rotterdam Area
